I have created this blog because of YOU. Through my instagram, I have recieved many questions about fitness, my exercise routine, what I do on days off, what I eat, and what supplements I use. I have created this blog to answer those questions! So please, ask away!

In addition, I have created a YouTube and facebook. My YouTube has a host of videos you can use for workout tips regardless of whether you work out at home or in the gym. My Facebook lists all the different items being posted on all my different social media accounts. That way, you can pick and chose what you want to look at!

What is my blog about?

Often times, being healthy becomes a job. Instead of living a happy, healthy life, we feel bogged down and obsessed with what we eat, when we work out, and what other people think of us. I'm a firm believer in creating a fitness lifestyle that suits YOU. 

My fitness lifestyle includes biking, hiking, skiing, swimming, and a host of other activities that you will read about on my blog. People tend to underestimate how amazing cross-training (being involved in more than one fitness activity) can be, especially when you're trying to stay in shape. The gym is not the only place you can go to be healthy and fit. In addition, you should not be starving yourself to be slim or feel healthy. My blog will address some of these issues; such as what I eat, what my snack food is, etc. Feel free to post questions or share your experiences!
